We are a professional rotomolding manufacturer (factory) with over 10 years of experience. We own our own rotomolding production lines, PU foam injection equipment, and an in-house mold-making workshop. We provide full-service from product development to mass production.
Explore our facilities through our Factory Tour — or contact us to schedule a personal visit to our Ningbo plant.
We have over 10 years of experience in the rotomolding industry. Our lead designers have more than a decade of hands-on experience in structural design for rotomolded products, with deep expertise in load-bearing, sealing, and assembly details. We have collaborated with international brands such as RITC, accumulating mature mass-production experience and quality control capabilities. Our production workers are all experienced veterans — a stable team that is intimately familiar with every step of the rotomolding process, ensuring every product meets the highest standards.
Currently, all of our manufacturing facilities are strategically located in Ningbo, China. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and efficient production management. We have a well-established export logistics network to serve global customers efficiently.
Our production facility is staffed by 15–20 skilled professionals. We operate 3 shuttle-type dual-station rotomolding machines and 1 high-pressure PU foam machine, with a monthly production capacity of 20,000–30,000 coolers. Our designers specialize in rotomolded cooler mold design, with deep expertise in product structure, load-bearing, sealing, and other critical details, backed by years of industry experience.
Absolutely! Once your itinerary is confirmed, please share your flight details. We can arrange free airport pickup at Ningbo Lishe Airport, Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport, or Shanghai Pudong Airport.
If you need a business visa invitation letter, we can provide one free of charge. Details: Visa Support.
All our products meet FDA certification standards and are built to the highest quality specifications. Our products are exported to the US, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and other developed markets.
Our coolers are Bear Resistant Tested and built to withstand demanding outdoor, fishing, and industrial environments.
FDA Certified Bear Resistant Food-Grade LLDPE High-Density PU Foam
In a 25°C indoor environment, a cooler filled with ice will have the ice completely melt within 5–6 days. The one-piece rotomolded construction with high-density PU foam insulation ensures excellent thermal retention.
Learn more about our process: Process Overview
We use high-quality polyethylene (PE) resins, primarily LLDPE and HDPE, which are food-grade, UV-stabilized, and impact-resistant. We can also source specialty materials such as cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or custom formulations based on customer requirements.
Yes. All our products are formulated with UV stabilizers to resist degradation from prolonged sun exposure. They are designed for outdoor use in demanding environments such as marine, fishing, camping, and industrial applications. Our materials also resist cracking, fading, and weathering over time.
We manufacture coolers ranging from 10QT to 150QT and beyond. Custom sizes are available upon request — we can design and build molds for virtually any dimension. Our standard catalog includes 25QT, 45QT, 65QT, 85QT, and 120QT models.
The plastic wall thickness of the inner and outer shells typically ranges from 3mm to 8mm, depending on the product design and application. We can adjust wall thickness distribution to optimize strength, weight, and material usage.
The total cooler wall thickness, which includes the PU foam insulation layer between the inner and outer shells, is approximately 4.5–5.5 cm (1.8–2.2 inches). This foam-injected construction delivers superior thermal insulation and structural rigidity.
With proper care, a rotomolded cooler can last 10–20 years or more. The one-piece construction eliminates weak points like seams and joints, and UV-stabilized materials resist cracking and fading over time. Our products are built for long-term durability in harsh conditions.
Yes. We can design and manufacture custom inserts, dividers, trays, and accessories to organize and protect contents inside coolers. These can be customized to fit specific product dimensions and storage needs.
Our standard color options are available in our Color List.
Color customization: provide the Pantone code — MOQ 50 pieces per color (negotiable).
Yes, we can match any color using Pantone, RAL, or custom color swatches. Custom color MOQ is 50 pieces per color. Just provide the code and we'll produce a sample for your approval.
We offer multiple branding options:

Rotomolding and blow molding differ significantly in process, structure, and performance. For a detailed technical comparison, refer to our Rotomolding vs. Blow Molding.
Rotomolding produces hollow, seamless, one-piece parts with uniform wall thickness, ideal for large containers and coolers. Injection molding is faster but limited to smaller, more complex parts with varying wall thickness. Rotomolding is more cost-effective for low-to-medium volumes and larger products.

Key steps: material loading → heating & rotation → cooling → demolding → PU foam injection → assembly.
We also support custom packaging solutions to match your brand identity.
The one-piece rotomolded construction delivers exceptional strength and durability. All hinges, handles, latches, and closures are premium quality, selected for long-term reliability.
Our coolers are Bear Resistant Tested and built to withstand frequent use in outdoor, fishing, and industrial applications.
The seamless interior and exterior are made of food-grade LLDPE, making them easy to clean and hygienic.
We offer a wide range of customization options — not limited to just new mold development:
Whether you need a simple color change or a completely new product design, we can help. Explore more: Customization Cases
Yes. We provide full private labeling and OEM services. We can manufacture products with your brand logo, custom packaging, and even design entirely new products exclusively for your brand. Your intellectual property is fully protected.
Absolutely. Beyond coolers, we manufacture tool boxes, insulated fish tubs, industrial containers, kayaks, fuel tanks, and custom rotomolded parts for various industries including marine, automotive, agricultural, and medical equipment.
If you need to design a completely new rotomolded product from scratch, we follow this process:

No. Many customizations can be done without new molds:
New molds are only required for:
For new molds, the cost range for 10QT–150QT coolers is $5,000 – $25,000.
Our molds are predominantly crafted from forged aluminum 6061 (high precision, excellent surface finish). We can also use cast aluminum A356 upon request, offering flexibility for different shapes and cost requirements.
In-depth material analysis: Aluminum Forged vs. Steel Plate Molds
For molds used in producing 10QT–150QT coolers, the cost ranges from $5,000 to $25,000, depending on size, complexity, and design requirements.
We have the capability to manufacture a wide variety of molds, including:

Sample production time:
Due to the nature of the rotomolding process (each mold produces up to 20 units per day on a 24-hour shift), larger order quantities don't significantly reduce per-unit costs — we would need to add additional molds to increase capacity.
25–30 days after deposit confirmation and sample approval.
Monthly production capacity: approximately 20,000–30,000 coolers per month.
To be straightforward, per-unit costs do not decrease significantly with larger order quantities. This is due to the physical constraints of the rotomolding process: each mold produces only about 20 units per day (on a 24-hour shift). Producing 5,000 units requires 5 times the machine runtime of producing 1,000 units. Fixed production costs per unit — such as natural gas, labor, and equipment depreciation — remain essentially the same and do not decrease as volume increases.
For large orders, we can optimize in the following areas:
Bottom line: Fixed production costs per unit (natural gas, labor, etc.) do not decrease with larger order volumes. However, we can shorten lead times and reduce shipping costs through optimized mold allocation and logistics planning. We recommend sharing your estimated annual volume so we can tailor the most competitive proposal for you.
We stand behind our products. We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects for a specified period. Our quality control process ensures that every product meets our high standards before shipping. If any issues arise, we work with you to resolve them promptly.
2–3 business day delivery, real-time tracking, priority customs clearance.
